After an unprecedented few months, our doors are open again (for prebooked hair appointments only). Your visit will look and feel a little different with the new social distancing, PPE and close proximity working guidelines we have imposed, but please be assured we have taken all necessary steps to ensure that we can offer a safe and comfortable environment for both our clients and staff.
We will no longer offer ‘Dry Cuts,’ every client must be shampooed by us in salon, including Gents.
We cannot offer ‘Child’ cuts at this time.
Sadly we have had to raise our prices to accommodate longer appointment times, additional PPE & social distancing requirements, along with supplier price increases.
The Salon Environment
We have altered our salon procedures to adhere to social distancing guidelines so things will be a little different during your visit.
Client and staff numbers will be restricted in salon.
We have implemented a strict appointment only system; and only clients with prebooked appointments will be seen.
Your stylist will wear the appropriate PPE as required by the government guidelines.
Our waiting area has been removed and we will no longer be able to offer magazines or refreshments during your visit.
The cloakroom area will be closed so please bring as few personal belongings as possible.
We will accept Card or Contactless payments only.
You may be asked for a deposit on booking to secure your appointment.
How you can help
Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid missing your appointment slot.
Please wash your hands/use the hand sanitizer provided on your arrival at the salon.
Please bring your own face covering/mask for your appointment; you will be required to wear this during your visit. A limited number of face masks are available for purchase if required.
Please attend your appointment alone, we do not have facilities to accommodate additional guests or children. If assistance is required please advise the salon in advance.
Please call 01905 767555 or email a booking request to arrange an appointment, do not pop into the salon. We do love to see you, but salon numbers are strictly limited during this time.
Please contact us to rearrange your appointment should you, a member of your household or anyone you have been in recent contact with, have any symptoms of COVID-19.
And finally please be patient, we are doing our best to adapt to a new way of working.
